The University of York is offering GREAT Scholarships for the 2025-26 academic year, each worth £10,000.

Scholarships are available for students from:

  • China
  • Greece
  • Indonesia
  • Nigeria
  • Thailand
  • Vietnam

The scholarships are available for all taught master's programmes.

The university is also offering scholarships for master’s programmes related to justice and law, for the following countries:

  • Malaysia

Eligible courses for students in Malaysia include:

  • LLM Law
  • LLM Art Law
  • LLM International Corporate and Commercial Law
  • LLM International Human Rights Law and Practice
  • LLM Legal and Political Theory
  • LLM International Law and Practice
  • LLM Professional Legal Practice (SQE1 & SQE2)
  • MA Applied Human Rights
